I.D.C.I. KEY CLUB

Key Club is an international student-led organization which provides its members with opportunities to provide service, build character and develop leadership.

The Kiwanis Club of Ingersoll has sponsored the IDCI Key Club since 2006. Key Club is the world's largest, and oldest, service organization for high school students. Their motto is “Caring ~ Our Way of Life.”

The IDCI Key Club meets Tuesdays at 11:00AM (during lunch) in the library Smartboard area.  They have approximately 20 members from grades 9-12. New members are always welcome and encouraged to participate in discussions.

The Key Club is accepting donations to fight maternal and neonatal tetanus. $1.80 helps vaccinate a mother and all of her future kin.  This is a Kiwanis International Project.

Current Projects

The KEY Club is currently collecting pop cans to recycle for money to go towards The Eliminate Project.

The KEY Club successfully organized the annual Terry Fox Run/Walk and raised over $1299.49 for cancer research.

They have a Turkey/Ham lunch in the Library early in December with the proceeds going towards a Secret Santa for their fellow students, who need a little help to have a festive Christmas.
